Villa93 Luxury Lodge is a boutique bed and breakfast located just 5 minutes south of Katikati in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, 2 hours southeast of Auckland or 25 minutes from Tauranga.   

 

The lodge enjoys rural views out to the stunning Kaimai Ranges and is set within 2.5 hectares of orchard and gardens. Relax and enjoy the almost tropical summer weather the sunny Bay of Plenty provides in comfort.

​After a day of visiting the many attractions in the area, whether on holiday or travelling for business, take some time out to enjoy a swim in the salt water pool or soak in the spa.  The spa is especially nice at night if you enjoy star and satellite gazing.

 

Guests are greeted on arrival, homemade baking, a selection of tea & coffee, as well as filtered water are supplied in your suite and are complimentary. 

 

Breakfast is complimentary.  Enjoy freshly baked muffins, brioche or bagels each morning of your stay along with a selection of continental or cooked breakfast options.

Evening dining can be arranged either family style with your hosts in the main dining room or private dining when you book the Kaimai View suite only.  Menus are created to your taste and additional charges apply.   Evening dining is not always available, so please ask when you book.

Staying for a special occasion?  We are happy to arrange an ice bucket with wine & beer and a platter in your suite on arrival.  Please arrange this when you book.  Additional charges apply.
