WHO WE ARE
Welcome to Villa93
Villa93 was purchased in December 2017 with the ambition to continue to develop the orchard property and share this beautiful home and location with you, our guests. We are lucky to be centrally located between two beautiful beaches, Mt Maunganui and Waihi Beach and all that is on offer in-between.
Jacqui is a trained chef and will be cooking for you during your stay. Local produce is sourced where possible for meals as well as including home grown vegetables, herbs and fruit from the garden.
Dinner is available on request and prior arrangement is required. We also love firing up the wood fired barbeque on still summer evenings and treating our guests to our style of Kiwi cooking. (Additional costs apply).
All of the guest suites have been newly furnished and individually designed complete with new beds, luxury linen and accessories supplied for your comfort.
Information on local attractions is available for you at the Lodge, please also check out “what’s on” below for more information.
We have two well loved pet residents, Oscar our black Labrador, who is very much an outside dog, is very quiet and loves carrying around sticks and avocados. We also have a little black cat called Nala, who is a little shy so you may not see much of her.
Villa93 has been built to take in the view of the beautiful Kaimai Ranges all you need to do is relax and enjoy.
We wish for you an exceptional experience when you stay with us.

Discover what the Bay of Plenty has to offer
Downtown Tauranga has several historically significant areas to view during a scenic walk around the area. The Strand waterfront area is modern and always buzzing, and is home to a number of cafés, restaurants, pubs and nightclubs.
From the base of Mount Maunganui, a white sand surf beach stretches as far as the eye can see. Catch a wave or cruise the many cafes.
Head 5 minutes north towards the "Mural Town", better known as Katikati. More than 35 works of art in and around the main street - murals, sculptures and carvings - pay homage to the town's early Maori and pioneer residents, and its timber milling and farming heritage. There is also a magnificent tribute to the men and women who left the district to fight in overseas wars. You can pick up a mural guide map from the information centre.
Katikati is also home to a 'Haiku Pathway', boasting the largest collection of Haiku’s outside of Japan.
Looking for the ocean? We're lucky enough to be situated between two stunning beaches, Waihi Beach and Mount Maunganui.
"The Mount" is a 35 minute drive south and will be sure to fulfill both your beach and shopping needs!
25 minutes North, you'll discover Waihi Beach. This is is the perfect slice of paradise, boasting the classic kiwi beach town vibe.
