At Villa93 we endeavour to showcase fresh local and home grown produce in all of our meals. 

Jacqui adds to or changes the menu with the seasons and welcomes ideas and suggestions.

  If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please advise this at the time of booking.

 

Place Setting

Breakfast

A complimentary Continental or Cooked Breakfast is provided each morning of your stay with us.

A menu is provided on arrival.  Breakfast is served in the main kitchen  dining area between 8am and 9am.

Special occasions

Please let us know if you have a special occasion to celebrate and would like something pre organised for your arrival

(eg champagne on ice, bouquet of flowers, fresh fruit & cheese platter).

Starters

Freshly baked Brioche, Bagels or Muffins

with condiments 

Continental Breakfast Options Sample

House made Toasted Muesli, Greek yogurt –w- fresh seasonal or poached fruit

Toasted sourdough, selection of condiments including locally produced honey and New Zealand butter

 

Mixed berry chia seed yoghurt layered with berries and spiced granola

Pancakes

Ricotta pancakes with berry compote, Greek style yogurt & passionfruit syrup

or

grilled  banana, bacon & maple syrup

 

Omelette

2 egg  omelette with fresh herbs and cheese plus 3 toppings; 

  mushroom, cherry tomato, spinach, onion, capsicum,

 

Shakshuka

Tunisian Mildly spicy tomato and red pepper sauce baked with 2 eggs on toasted sour dough and served with labneh 

Eggs benedict

Sour dough toasted with smoked bacon, fresh baby spinach, 2 poached eggs, house-made hollandaise sauce, roasted herb & garlic cherry tomatoes

 

Salmon Rosti

House-made rosti, topped with cured salmon, fresh baby spinach, avocado, poached egg and citrus hollandaise
