Cancellation Policy

100% charged if cancelled 0- 14 days prior to arrival & non-arrival.
We advise all our guests to take travel insurance out to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Booking Policy

In order to secure your room/suite booking, full payment is required on request and full instructions will be given at booking. This can be completed via our booking button or direct deposit to our account.

Bookings made more than 14 days in advance will be required to pay a 10% non refundable deposit on request with the balance due for payment 14 days prior to arrival. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings where payment is not received as per our booking policy.
We accept cash in NZ$ at Villa93 for purchases made during your stay.
All charges are Goods and Services Tax inclusive.
Villa93 is is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
For the comfort of our guests the lodge and adjoining deck areas are non-smoking.
Smoking friendly areas are available if needed.
